Candidate Entry Process
Automatic Inclusion
Candidates are automatically included in the evaluation pool through:
- Recognition by accredited fitness certification organizations
- Publication of peer-reviewed research in exercise science
- Leadership roles in professional fitness associations
- Documented contributions to fitness industry standards
Nomination-Based Inclusion
Additional candidates may be included through:
- Peer nominations from recognized fitness professionals
- Self-nominations with supporting documentation
- Recognition by international fitness governing bodies
- Achievement of significant industry milestones
Annual Candidate Pool

The annual evaluation pool typically includes:
- Size: 50-100 qualified candidates per year
- Geographic Distribution: Global representation from all continents
- Specialization Areas: Personal training, strength coaching, exercise physiology, and related fields
- Experience Levels: Mid-career to established professionals with 5+ years of experience
