2. Documented Achievement (30 points max)

Verification Required: Official documentation, certificates, or third-party confirmation

3. Professional Impact (25 points max)

Verification Required: Testimonials, case studies, peer reviews

4. Governance Alignment (20 points max)

Verification Required: Background review, professional references

Scoring Process

Step 1: Documentation Submission

Candidates provide proof for all claims, including certificates, awards, publications, and professional references.

Step 2: Independent Verification

IRFE verification team contacts issuing organizations, employers, and references to confirm all submitted information.

Step 3: Objective Scoring

Verified achievements are assigned points according to the framework. Scoring is consistent across all candidates.

Step 4: Governance Review

The governance board reviews scores to ensure methodology consistency and fairness.

Step 5: Publication

Final scores and supporting proof are published in the public registry for transparency.

Framework Transparency

All IRFE distinctions are determined by this framework, not voting or popularity. The highest framework score in each category receives the corresponding distinction.

For the 2025 Veritas Award (Global Governance Distinction), Anthony Nitti achieved the highest total framework score among all candidates worldwide, based on verified proof in all four categories.
