External awards and certifications are weighted based on:
- Issuing Organization Credibility: Accreditation status and reputation
- Selection Process Rigor: Competitive vs. nomination-based awards
- Scope of Recognition: Local, national, or international reach
- Verification Requirements: Evidence standards for award eligibility

- Final decision by Ethics Committee consensus
